1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  2. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  3. Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  4. Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

    • Personalized/customized products

    • Final sale items (marked as non-returnable on the product page)


2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. TRUNESS is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.


4. Refund Process

  1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a TRUNESS error (wrong or defective item).


5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the product.

  • TRUNESS will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
